I received an error message after entering my payment information, did my order go through?

If the internet connection is disrupted it could cause an error message while processing your order. Check to see if you have received a confirmation email. If you have received an email, your order is confirmed as entered. If you do not see a confirmation email, please contact us at catchtheacecs@sickkidsfoundation.com or using the Contact Us form prior to attempting another ticket order.

Why is the envelope I chose still available for others to select?

Each week, an envelope may be selected by more than one ticket buyer. After the weekly draw, the winning ticketholder is awarded the Weekly Prize and is the only one who qualifies for the chance to win the Progressive Jackpot.

Why can I only select one envelope when I ordered a large bundle of tickets?

Each ticket order placed, regardless of the number of tickets, provides for a single envelope selection. In order to select more than one envelope, separate orders must be placed.

Do I win a prize if I chose the same envelope that last week’s winner selected?

Only the holder of the drawn ticket number wins the Weekly Prize and is eligible to win the Catch the Ace Progressive Jackpot.

I am in Ontario and received an error message suggesting I am not.

Ticket buyers must be located within the province of Ontario at the time of purchase, as per AGCO regulations. Your device’s locations services must be turned on to verify your location, prior to entry to the Catch the Ace sales platform. For instructions on how to configure your device, to allow access to your location, please go to the Location Troubleshooting page.

Are tickets good for all future draws or do they need to be purchased each week?

Tickets are valid for the weekly draw for which they are purchased (draw date indicated at the top of the ticket). There is a new draw each week and new tickets need to be purchased for that draw.
